“I needed an additional raised bed in a hurry - husband ordered far too much topsoil ! The price at Chestnut Mill was very competitive and the item arrived very quickly and was well packed. Hadn’t used them before and just came across them on line. Will definitely be one of the first places I look in the future.”

“Ordered something, but it was found to be damaged. Rather than send out damaged goods, they let me know and gave the option to choose something else or have a full refund. I chose the latter and they processed that immediately. Very helpful and responsive on email.”

“A lovely company with first class customer service. I bought some beautiful garden furniture and am very pleased with it. A small delivery problem (not their fault), but the team replied to my messages immediately, sorted everything out and left me with the best impression possible of a friendly, helpful company. I'd have no reservations about recommending them, and would be pleased to buy from them again.”

“Bought outdoor table which was delivered promptly, however there was a small issue with the wood of the table top. The problem with the table was dealt with quickly and communication was super and a new table top delivered promptly. Fantasic customer service, restores faith that it still exists. Many thanks”
