“Very happy customer. The price was significantly cheaper than buying direct from the supplier. Upon receipt there was some damage to the item via transportation. This was resolved immediately with no issues. Would highly recommend.”

“This was the first time that I have purchased an item ( Ornate Garden Archway) from Chestnut Mill Ltd. The customer service was excellent along with a very competitive price for such a quality item. Delivery was as stated and free of charge via a courier. I would definiately purchase another item from Chestnut Mills and indeed intend to do so in the very near future.”

“We ordered a Zest Emily bench when arrived both arms were not very good,Victoria helped us and arranged replacement arms which are both fine. Customer service was outstanding.”

“Received Garden Bench very quickly. It was well wrapped and I love it. My son in law assembled it on his own with just a steadying hand from me. The wood is varied in colour with some tiny splits but it looks so natural am pleased with it If I might add the delivery driver was not allocated enough time for me to check it whilst he was present, luckily all was fine”

“I saw a smaller version of my bed in a local shop but they said they couldn’t get a larger one but I found the size I needed at Chestnut Mills product. It came quickly and my Rhodesian Ridgeback loves her new luxury bed! It is strong and sturdy but also very padded and comfortable for her, excellent quality!”
