“Very good company excellent products really pleased with the jars. The only drawback was the delivery carrier, I believe it was DPD who didn't even try to deliver to our address but took the delivery along with all their other deliveries straight to the post office which caused a lot of problems as the post office was inundated. VERY DISAPPOINTING..”

It appears the delivery address you entered was a few doors down from the billing address. The parcel was then refused at that delivery address.
