“Cater Supplies pro-actively promptly called when they identified delivery had not been completed as scheduled. Issue is believed was with courier (Parcelforce) not knowing where address was. Great effort made by Cater Supplies staff member to expedite delivery to our address stated on package. Happy with Sheffield Robinson knives (super sharp !)”
“Very pleased with the product but disappointed with the delivery. As I am out a lot and didn’t get to see the postman I left instructions for the parcel to be left in the bin I supplied. The postman didn’t do that and left a note which got stuck in the post box and wasn’t found for a couple of days saying it was going to be at the post office. This was inconvenient as I work outside of post office hours and had difficulty in retrieving it. Why don’t you do what all delivery companies do and let them leave the goods without a signature ?
