“After receiving confirmation of my order I heard nothing else! I thought I’d been scammed. I called The Kitchen Box who seem to be the same company and they sorted it out! It was delivered 8 days after ordering. I ordered 4 of the same glasses and 2 were over 50g lighter than the others, quite noticeable. I wouldn’t order through them again, I’m not sure if it’s a hobby business.”
“Unfortunately, we can't review the knife block set as we are still waiting to receive this. We received a card from Parcel Force informing us the parcel was at our local Post Office as we were at work when they attempted to deliver but when we checked, the PO did not have it, this is because Parcel Force still had the parcel and attempted delivery a second time but we were at work. We had put instructions for them to call if there was no reply to our house intercom so we could give them our gate code and they could then deliver the parcel. Once again we received a card to say the parcel was at the Post Office and once again we checked and it wasn't! We assumed they would attempt a third and final time (on Saturday when we were at home) but they didn't (and we checked the Post Office for a third time) and we have now scheduled the delivery for Wednesday when we will be at home. Hopefully, we will receive it this time. Otherwise, we are happy with the price but very concerned as it is an expensive item and we are concerned that we are yet to receive it.”

The only drawback was the delivery carrier, I believe it was DPD who didn't even try to deliver to our address but took the delivery along with all their other deliveries straight to the post office which caused a lot of problems as the post office was inundated. VERY DISAPPOINTING..”

“The service was excellent. I bought cocktail glasses, and they were well packaged and all intact on delivery. What puts me off shopping here again is the expensive delivery, there is no cheaper option, and I do not require next day delivery.”
“Great product and easy to buy. 3 stars only because the delivery firm they use are a big let down! Delivery wasn't cheap and I didn't even know the package was delivered as they left the package with someone else and didn't let me know. After using a tracking service I spent over 1 hour on hold on the phone to delivery firm before giving up with no response. After emails sent I finally found where it was. Very poor show!”
