“I bought 10 dimple glass 1-pint beer glasses.
When they arrived there were 4 glasses smashed in the box and you could see from the damage to the box it had been dropped.
I sent a message to Cater Supplies Direct along with some photos of the broken glasses.
they sent me the replacements almost immediately with no problems at all.
I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
