“I received my Masterclass casserole dish in the mint green colour I wanted to match my kitchen, and was immediately delighted with its light weight and good looks. It is now cooking my red cabbage for Christmas lunch and I like the way the small amount of steam is being reincorporated back into the dish. I bought this dish as I have limited storage in my kitchen and am now able to dispose of several frying pans as this will serve all purposes. A suggestion would be to remind customers to buy the silicone handles along with the casserole dish at the same time of purchase as the handles do get very hot. Looking forward to lots of lovely dishes.”
