“Website billing told me delivery was free. But it added £26 to worldpay payment total which only afterwards told me was for delivery.
I tried to find a resolution by emailing the recipient given on the only communication I got for my purchase, which was the worldpay email with the payment details. A week later I had had no response, I emailed again, I still have not had a response. I haven't had a confirmation email, nor have I received my order (though the website stated I would in 4 days).
Please respond to me to get this resolved!”
