“The glasses and carafe were just what I had been looking for, at the best price that I could find. Each glass was carefully wrapped and everything arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely use again, although the P&P fee means this wouldn't really be good to replace a broken glass.”

Communication good however not impressed with Parcelforce delivery - the tracking number supplied was not recognised and they didn’t leave parcel on first attempt so I had yo wait an extra 2 days. On 2nd attempt the fri et just left on doorstep and didn’t even ring bell.”
