“Meat products were good quality. However, my order was delivered the following day instead of the scheduled date of delivery. And even though the meat were still cold when received, I am not sure if it was delivered much later, it would have been still okay to use. I had to put the meat into the freezer straight away once I received it at 11am on Sunday 13th of July, instead of the scheduled Saturday 12th of July delivery. I am aware that the fault lies with DPD, the courier company, so I would like to highlight this for you to ensure that DPD honours the scheduled date to ensure perishable items are not wasted.”

“Expected it to arrive Saturday but didn't Arrived till Sunday afternoon a day later and freezer bags in box were no longer frozen very disappointing I had plans arranged on Sunday which I had to cancel”

“I have used Campbells for a number of years after a recommendation from a family member. I have never been disapointed with the quality and delivery (I live in Devon). Unfortunately, due to no fault of themselves my delivery was delayed over the 48 hour period and the items where spoilt. I contacted Campbells and they offered a refund or to send the order again at no cost to myself. Brilliant company.”
