“The delivery was supposed to arrrive on 10th July having been ordered more than a week earlier. No parcel was received that day and eventually a message was received from DPD that it would be delivered between 3.17 and 4.17 on the 11th July. This was more than 48 hours after it had been dispatched and was therefore beyond the time period when it would be safe to eat, particularly as we are in the middle of a heatwave. The delivery was therefore cancelled and I am now awaiting a refund. This is the second time this has happened and I am, unfortunately, going to have to look elsewhere for my products from Scotland.”

“I would recommend anyone to buy from Campbell Prime meat . The quality is outstanding as well as the delivery of the meat. It’s always in a box well sealed with ice packs inside to keep the meat cool while transporting it. I have used Campbells quite a few time and the service is the same each time I order. …OUTSTANDING”
