“Very happy with the products, all appear to be top quality. Not so much with the delivery, which was not your fault. I received an email from yourselves stating that DPD had sent the parcel to the wrong depot, so it could not be delivered on 12/11 as stated and DPD had been instructed to deliver by 12noon on 13/11, in order to stay within the 48hour window-it was not!! My parcel was delivered @ 16.05pm and I had no option other than to accept it as the driver left it on my doorstep & rang the bell but, did not wait, and was driving off as I opened the door! Very poor delivery experience from DPD, but, as I said, your product appears not to have been affected thankfully, although that is not entirely the point, as delivery "service" like that will surely put off existing and/or future customers. I know I will think twice if the delivery provider is DPD, as this is not the 1st time they have failed to "deliver" the promised service.”

“Lovely products - safely stored in the freezer. The only issue is that a smoked salmon delivery came a day later - a DPD. Issue, not Campbells and whilst the salmon was still cool, all of the ice packs had melted.”
