“Excellent company. Some confusion over what was being delivered and when but, once sorted, products delivered as scheduled and in good condition. Biggest problem was trying to contact company by phone as there is no provision for asking for a call-back when operators are busy, which means either hanging on or keep trying to make contact. Not helpful when queries are time sensitive. If this could be resolved, service is already excellent so would warrant 5 stars.”

“I found the dleivery time excellent and the produce also of a very high standard. The only issue was that the sausages ordered were not in the delivery. I flagged this up via email and have been assured this will be looked into and the cost reimbursed. I have not received the reimbursement as yet...”
