“Arrived a day late due to bad weather I can't blame anyone for that,then when it was delivered DPD left it outside my block of flats by the entrance door without pressing the intercom buzzer to let me know it was there,then when I opened the box their was a note inside saying the coley had been substituted and they hoped I was happy with the substitution,I wasn't as they substituted it with fresh air so half the cost of my order was not in stock and although Campbell's had plenty of time to ask me if I still wanted to go ahead with the order they couldn't be bothered I was eventually refunded.If something is out of stock they should ask you if you still want the order or cancel it.So I won't be placing any more orders with Campbell's.”

“I always buy my chicken and other meats from campbells I have had never had any issues. The coustomer service is fantastic as my order got delayed because of the weather but campbells kept me i formed and sent out a brand new order as the other was not anygood as it had been in the delivery van over night so 10/10 for everything and the meat is even good aswell 😀”

“I was disappointed to find a French chicken as I was under the impression that it would be British meat. The square sausage in the breakfast pack wasn't packed very well and I had a job separating the slices which was also pressed flat.”

“Can't fault Campbells it's a pity I couldn't say the same for their courier DPD. Not only did I not get my order within the 48 hour time frame for perishable goods,but I was palmed off with excuses on their tracking site, with messages like "delayed", then after the 48 hour window had passed, apparently on Saturday and Sunday "severe weather in the area" was the reason, when there was none. Finally by the last message yesterday that "as the good were perishable they could not be delivered, and please contact Campbells". Terrible service, absolutely shocking!”
