“First time it's happened to me but very disappointing. Parcel arrived in good condition & on time. But note inside stating 1kg Emmantal cheese, 50×20g slices not available. This is the first I knew of the item not being available. I had ordered it it especially for a social gathering the next day & finding out at this lste stage presented me with a problem having limited nobility as I had no means of replacing it at short notice”
