“My delivery was not delivered on the day planned due to an unfortunate set of circumstances including major traffic hold ups on the M6 motorway and was only delivered by DPD late the next day around 6 pm. These events were outside the direct control of Campbells . I discovered that the Company has a 48 hour guarantee for safe delivery of this edible product but as the actual delivery was outwith this timescale I wrote a complaint and this was promptly dealt with by Campbells and a refund is on its way. I believe this to be a very good example of prompt customer service.”

“We ordered a few times, and food is great, The only issue I have is the delivery charge. My orders altogether would allow for free delivery, bit as I have it shipped to 3 different addresses I am paying £30 in total for delivery costs, as I send my mum and uncle food parcels now and again.”

“Have bought from Campbells for several years now and never let down by the standard of food supplied. Ordering is easy and delivery was good. Only downside for this order was that some of the promotional food which was advertised was then not available for 2 weeks.”

“Great produce, great offer of free burger pack. Belly pork was delicious, burgers - great size, no shrinkage. Good sausages and chicken drumsticks. Delivered and packaged as expected. Super quality! .”

“Unfortunately the freezer bags had melted but we managed to salvage some stuff the pies are so delicious. Perhaps sending to Northern Ireland isn't doable or maybe we were just unlucky as you could tell by the packaging it had been well packed, postage was a lot too £10 pp put the price up substantially. Next time we're in Scotland we will visit.”

Our packaging is fit for purpose for up to 48 hours in transit, this ensures the goods are chilled for this period of time to allow delivery to two day postcode locations.
