“Love the peanut nougat, caramel nougat, new wafer bar and the little toffee crisp style bar! Not as big of a fan of the coconut and I always give the honeycomb one away but I've never liked crunchies. In short....please make the toffee crisp ones bigger and put them in the bundle instead of the honeycomb 😂”

“Buttermilk is my favourite brand of vegan chocolate bars. Before becoming vegan I used to enjoy topics, crunches, mars bars etc. After becoming vegan I didn't eat vegan choc bars often cos they tasted like very poor imitations or no imitation and not up to much, until I came across Buttermilk. Oh my! They're the BEST. Not only are they cruelty free, every single bar I've tried has tasted amazing. I love Buttermilk.”

“I have ordered a number of bundles of your candy £90 worth The package never arrived Royal Mail sent me a email that my adress ( where I have lived for 41 years ) does not exist.and that the package is bnow being returned to sender ( you) I have called you and sent you a number of emails and no reply ( order 20193) Am seriously disappointed no reply to my phone messages no reply to my email Maybe someone will contect me now as I do want my money back”

Hi Nadja, So sorry to hear you had issues receiving your order. Firstly we want to apologise for the delay in our response during this period. We only have one part-time team member who sends out online orders, and they were off sick for half a week over this time, hence the delay in not replying to your 5 Dec email until 10 Dec. Your order placed on 2 Dec was shipped on 3 Dec and was indeed returned to us via Royal Mail due to the address being incomplete and inaccurate. This can happen sometimes when inputting addresses into websites - the website tries to guess the more accurate address, and can indeed mess it up! Once it was returned to us, the box was slightly damaged, so it was re-packaged and promptly sent out to you on Dec 10th, which we informed you via email with a tracking code. I can now see the delivery was attempted on the 14th but no one was in. We suggest you book a redelivery with Royal Mail. We will email over details shortly. Again, we really apologise for the inconvenience and delay in our communications. Please let us know when you've received your parcel safe and sound. “Hi team, thanks for ur amazing and varied dairy free chocolate items. I love them all. My fav is the caramel nougat which is, thankfully, now readily available in my local supermarket. Of the others the mini caramel buttons, double choccy snack bar, the peanut butter drops, and the wafer bars are my preferred choices. But it's so hard to choose as the caramel bars and the coconut bars, and the honeycomb, are amazing too! Thanks so much for all the amazing choices and difficult decisions! “The best tasting vegan chocolate there is, in my opinion. My personal favourites are the peanut, coconut and wafer bars. The company name does seem a little confusing to me- butter, milk and buttermilk and all non-vegan so some people may assume the products are not vegan? Just a thought.”

“I love the texture and the flavour of the dairy free chocolate used by this company. Just wish there was a chocolate bar option of just this chocolate with no other flavour or texture, just a nice little chocolate bar. That then would for me be the best of best. Also a come back of my all time favourite, which was the dairy free chocolate balls. They absolutely melted in the mouth and were just the best dairy free luxury chocolate with no other added flavour like orange or spice They were just silky chocolate indulgences. I have been a customer for years and so glad that they haven’t changed their recipes of their actual chocolate base like some other companies. Fabulous delicious dairy free chocolate.”
