“amazing! i was diagnosed with coeliacs and gluten ataxia last year and since iv develop a lactose intolerance and an egg allergy. trying to find vegan and gluten free snackies and treats has been a slog but the buttermilk bars are so yummy and filling i can only ever eat half a bar at time. would highly recommend”
