“Your products are lovely but my recent order was delivered all bashed. I had to bin the easter egg as it was in pieces and was mesnt to be a gift. I emailed you straight away but I have not heard back. I wont be ordering from you again unfortunately as customer service is poor”

“Though this dairy free chocolate company has a small number of chocolate choices, their chocolate is by far one of the finest tasting chocolates I’ve tried. As a person with a severe dairy allergy not intolerance I’ve tried just about all the dairy free chocolates on the market. I’ve eaten all but the nut selections they make and all are of a high standard. Treat yourself, even though it’s pricey you’ll not be disappointed.”

“In a word delicious. Beautiful packaging,love the tissue paper. Delivery a little slow but that could be my fault I didn't notice if there was an upgrade for quicker delivery. I will definitely recommend and certainly re-order from Buttermilk”

“Buttermilk is without doubt the best vegan chocolate! After going from vegetarian to vegan two years ago I was really missing a decent chocolate. I found a lot of vegan chocolate tasted waxy or greasy, but not Buttermilk. I especially love their caramel nougat and peanut nougat bars. Even better they are made in Britain.”

“Really like the chocolate , great to have non dairy alternatives as I’m dairy intolerant. Good selection , would like them to be slightly bigger and maybe have textured chocolate on the top like the slough based chocolate company . Also for plant based chocolate the company name is confusing . Overall very good though”

“I have recently became vegan and I have struggled to find a decent tasting vegan chocolate. I came across Buttermilk on Instagram so I placed an order and I am so glad I did. Best vegan/plant based chocolate I have found. I will definitely be ordering from them again”
