“Great gazebos. Please consider making the storage bag a bit bigger and stronger. Wider base of bag would make transporting easier.”

“Great price & speedy delivery They arrived damaged and scuffed - the paint is chipped on two of the four weights. I appreciate packaging adequately because of the weight may be a challenge but they were not protected around the outside and were boxed with just a piece of cardboard between two weights - the box was torn on arrival. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 - the packaging needs to be better.”

“Speedy delivery. Only had it out the box to check size,quality etc. On first looks, it's very well built and is extremely good quality. I haven't put the cover on it yet as I am waiting for the weather to improve amd it states not to store with the cover attached. I also ordered the leg weights,, my god, it will take a hurricane to move this. It is industrial to say the least. I am looking forward to many years if using it. We opted for the premium hex 40 plus, I had done loads of research and kept coming back to this one everytime. So I bit the Bullet and paid the extra. I am so glad I did. This monster is gonna last me a life time. Thanks Bulhawk. You are gonna be my first stop now everytime. 👍 Only 4 starts at the moment, due to not being fully assembled. Will come back and do another review after the summer.”

“You need 4people go set the gazebo up safely. One on each corner. I got my thumb court this morning and think I will loose nail. The bag to transport is not big enough. I know say go take roof off but it’s not practical when weather is grim it takes to long. And we are small business with old people in there 70s struggling to put up. We use at 7.30am for 4hours once a week. We love the valcro. It’s such a big improvement In no ties.”

“I use my bulhawk gazebo for work purposes. I keep it up all year round and for the most part it’s excellent. I have used weight plates to weigh the legs down from the roof, to stop it flying off and it seems to work well. Strong winds are not kind to the canvas roof itself but otherwise a great product.”

“Great build Pop up gazebo, feet and pegs could be made a little strong as they rip out of the floor/ground during heavy winds. Customer service were absolutely great in sending me replacement feet after a storm which i have now plugged into the ground along with a freshly installed Canopy cover.”

“Service was excellent and contact with sales assistant was helpful and informative .Good price for the part I required and they seemed to be only seller who offered the correct size . Quick delivery with tracking and well packaged so entire experience was good . Only slight concern is the ground bars I bought are white powder coated and I can see they will loose paint very quickly.Would of expected to be either galvanised or even an enamelled finish as paint is starting to come off even when assembling internal stretch bar .Also needed to re tap several threads as turn bolts wouldn’t take thread. Overall a good experience and for the price I’m satisfied with them ,they even kindly provided a storage bag free of charge which wasn’t listed as I would of happily paid for it”

“Needed a new roof for my 2.5 x 2.5 gazebo. Unfortunately, the company I bought it from didn't have any, so after checking a few places, I found Bulhawk. Although the roof they supply is designed for their gazebo frame, it has fortunately fitted mine too, albeit mine doesn't have the centre pole Bulhawk's does so doesn't quite fit properly, and that's why it has 4 stars instead of 5. It's a good thick waterproof material and as living in Scotland, I imagine it will be well tested. I would certainly recommend.”

“Just a couple of things stopped me giving a 5 star review. one of the plastic clips that secure the roof to the frame came off the strap, the first time I put it up, and second, it lets the water in when it rains, were these straps are stitched to the roof. Easily fixed with clear silicone. However it's a good quality waterproof gazebo apart from the above. But best of all is your spares back up, I've just ordered an extra door side, and you have them in stock, at reasonable prices and free delivery. Brilliant! Pleased I purchased from you, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a good quality gazebo.”
