“The Bulhawk gazebo is well made and easy to set up (better by two people). We haven't tested it in extreme weather yet but it is very stable with the help of sandbags. When we reported an error with the original order, we were very impressed by the responsiveness and speed of correction from Bulhawk's Customer Services.”

“Ordered the 6x3 gazebo which arrived as expected. Unfortunately, the handle on the bag came away when moving the gazebo frame into our shed and the sandbags ordered didn’t arrive. Emailed Bulhawk this morning and received a very prompt and comprehensive response apologising and providing replacement of the bag. What I was impressed by was the honesty as they admitted the sandbag order had been missed. Probably my fault as well because I had put them through as a separate order. Very impressed by the after sales service provided by Jon. Thanks and we hope the gazebo is as good as the service provided.”

“Order and purchase process was great. The replacment bag we ordered. We found was not to the same quality as the one the gazebo came with. We have found the wheels dont turn very well. Placing extra strain on the handles if trying to move it yourself. Turns a 1 person job into a 2 person job. Which was disappointing.”
