“After phoning the office for some advice I bought the 40mm 3x3. The chap I spoke to couldn’t have been any more helpful. Gazebo arrived in a couple of days. It’s important that I can put it up myself so as soon as it arrived I gave it a go. Easy peasy. Seems good quality to me. My only criticism of the instructions is that they don’t mention the handle in the centre which adjusts the turret height. Not sure how tight or not to put it? I did notice some daylight coming through on the stitching when looking up so will have to wait to see how waterproof it is. To me it seems well made and good quality but the main reason I bought it was because I could ring up and get the advice from a UK company that seem to care about reputation and customer service. I’ll be buying the sides and a carry bag as soon as they get some stock.”

“Due to weather constraints I have not had much opportunity to try my recent purchase but initial thoughts are that it seems well constructed and of good quality. One aspect I was surprised, and a little disappointed about, was that there did not seem to be any guide rope tensioner which could be adjusted when in situ.”

“The gazebo appears to be of robust contstruction and was fairly easy to erect. It would have been easier with more than two people. Without the sides fitted it can withstand a stiff breeze. This may be more challenging with the sides fitted - not tested yet ! I am very happy with the product. I am less happy with the delivery service used to get it to me. It was thrown over a gate into a farmer's field at an address, similar to mine, but 1/4 of a mile away ! Luckily the farmer took the trouble to find me.”
