“Good service - printing help was great - I am not a genius with graphics, but the contact at Bulhawk was extremely helpful. Gazebo product is of good quality, and at a price that was well below (about 50%) another supplier we looked at. Delivery was on time - and quick All in all, thoroughly recommend Bulhawk.”

“I only ordered a bag for my 3x3 gazebo. The comms were excellent, really helpful, the only reason for a drop in a start is that the stitching on the handles could be stronger. The first time I tried to move it using the handles the stitching in one of the handles popped, meaning I will have to be careful handling it, however, the rest of the bag seems good.”

“Good quality gazebo, would have been 5 stars, but all 4 reinforcement patches, sewn through the roof leaked. I've run a small amount of clear silicone over all the stitching. It should be ok now! If you want 5 stars, this should be done at the factory!”

“I purchased a new cover for our gazebo, which was not supplied by Bulhawk and they do warn customers that their covers may not fit other frames. However, I ordered a size which was the same dimensions as our frame, but unfortunately the cover was smaller than the size quoted and would not fit. After speaking to them, they suggested that I return it for a full refund. This has now been refunded and the service of the staff was good. They even suggested other companies for me to try.”

“This would have been a five star review if the quality of the leg adjustment clips was not so poor - there is way too much movement in them after they have been 'clicked' into place. The quality of the fabric is excellent and great value for money. Really easy to erect.”

“The gazebo was received within an hour of the tracked dispatch texted messages. The gazebo was well packed and assembled reasonably well, the structure is strong and well manufactured. Unfortunately there were no assembly instructions, however we (2) managed to errect the gazebo within a couple of hours”

“Fantastic service overall - loss of a star only because of choice of courier... DHL are awful. I was hoping to get these in time for the weekend as I had events to attend but because of them the delivery was delayed until the following Monday (they claimed they attempted delivery on Friday and that I was out, but this was an outright lie)”

“Product is amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. High quality and week made. Delivery time was super important to me, so called to confirm and they were able to offer the assurances I needed. Turns out it arrived even faster than they were able to guarantee! Sad to report the cover arrived with a tear in it at the bottom, but I don’t have time to send back, or go through any faff with sorting out before using it this weekend, so will have to try and patch it or repair somehow - that was disappointing but otherwise highly recommend 👍🏼”

“It’s a good quality gazebo at a good price, we had one hiccup with one of the legs, the bottom that hold up the height of the legs was twisted inside of the leg, but my hubby managed to fix it in less than a minute, so there was no need to send it back, On the plus side, the ordering and delivery was second to none.”
