“Not at all worth the money, and truly one of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had. Look at the review below. Their response to an accurate criticism (that their website photos don't match the product) was to say "I'm sorry YOU FEEL that our pictures don't match." They didn't apologize for the fact that **their pictures ACTUALLY DON'T match the product you receive**, but to put the blame back on the customer, as if it was only their *feelings* that led them to that conclusion. For the amount of money they charge for their mediocre products to the truly god-awful customer service, this is absolutely a waste of your money. When I had an email exchange with their customer service rep, I characterized their responses as "laughable" and "inane", and used no stronger language than that. They replied that they would not tolerate "abusive" and "aggressive" language. (Nothing even APPROXIMATING abusive or aggressive language was EVER used.) Honestly, this company is a complete clown show, the products are poorly built and overpriced, and they were TERRIBLE, honestly just terrible, to deal with. Caveat emptor.”

“In general, I'm pleased with the Hallway Pegboard Package, it's a perfect organiser for my kitchen. Love the blackboard. My only quibble would be the shade of yellow - I was expecting a much brighter yellow, as shown on your website. I was disappointed with the colour I received as it is much darker.”

“We bought a cork board. Most companies seem to make boards with a minimum coating of cork. Block just uses cork for its cork boards. Easy to order, well packaged and quick delivery. Great quality product that looks good. We did have to use different raw plugs as the ones provided weren't suitable for the type of wall we put the board on.”
