“I ordered from Belgium and you were honest in telling me there would be an extra custom cost! Who would do so? Lucky for me I went on a city trip to London and had my pegboard delivered at the hotel, both parties very happy! Shows you are honest, professional and very helpful. Btw, the pegboard is a dream come true 🙈”

“I really liked the product and looks very good in my teen's bedroom. However we weren't able to fit the vase as the peg was too long and cutting it would mean risking it falling a breaking. We are therefore now left with the vase which we really wanted to use for a plant but can't use it.”

“I recently had an online order from Block after discovering their products in a shop. I was very impressed by the print response that I received after a query regarding a discount code and then an error in my order. All emails were answered promptly by Sam and resulted in excellent customer service. I will certainly purchase from Block again as their products are great as is their customer service.”
