“My kitchen pegboard looks beautiful on our wall. The ceramic vase was missing but had great customer service and received it the next working day. The only thing we had to change was the fittings in the wall.”

“Ordered a lovely watering can, but there was a slight problem with it. There was absolutely no problem when I rang Block Design and a replacement was sent the following day. Great that any problems can be resolved by phone so quickly. Very pleased with the item and would certainly recommend this company and staff.”

“Bought small item as replacement that my wife had broke. Thought it got lost in the post as it wasn’t delivered by ups as indicated. I called the number for block design and the customer service was exceptional.. very friendly and dealt with very quickly. Thank you”
