“A cheap flimsy piece of plastic unlike another mouse repellent I bought from another supplier a few years ago. If I switch the pitch to high there is a continuous noise which can be heard if the room is quiet. It hasn't deterred any mice because have found mice droppings in the kitchen cupboards and lower drawers so I will resort back to a mouse trap. This product is made in China.”

“I ordered an ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning carburettors and it stated one litre cleaner free with order. Never received it nor any replies to my emails.”

“We placed an order at this company a month ago, but we never received anything from them. We paid for the package right away, but they didn't even send us an email with the tracking number. Since then we have written emails to them through their website and even called them several times, but they have never replied to our emails, and got in touch with an employee of theirs once only. This person promised to get back to us with our tracking number, but never called us back.”

The customer is from Hungary (EU member state). The item has been returned "unpaid import duty" and "missing documentation". VAT is payable by European customers directly to delivery companies in the receiving country. UK Royal Mail tracking didn't work and we don't know if this actually got to Hungary. It's not how we like to work, and we are now reviewing other shipping options to Europe. The customer has been refunded.
