We placed an order at this company a month ago, but we never received anything from them. We paid for the package right away, but they didn't even send us an email with the tracking number. Since then we have written emails to them through their website and even called them several times, but they have never replied to our emails, and got in touch with an employee of theirs once only. This person promised to get back to us with our tracking number, but never called us back.
