“I have not had my purchase delivered yet and I am unable to find any tracking details for the shipment been sent out or even on route to myself. I am in the process of doing a car up and I am in need of this product. I ordered it in plenty of time to receive for when I needed it.”

“Great item does exactly what it says on the tin. Big & deep enough for a four carb motorcycle block. Easily drained via the tap for moving after the clean or storage. Defo recommend”

“I always do my research before buying expensive items and noted that reviewers were very complimentary about Bill Pilkington. I had intended to buy a 3 litre cleaner when I looked at the clearance section, where there was a new 6 litre (presumably end-of-line)model at a lower price than the 3 litre. Purchased it and found that there was a slight leak from the drain tap. Sent an email to the retailer to see if this was just a settling in condition and was surprised not only by the same day reply, but that he had offered to send a new tap. I suggested that all I needed to do was fit a flanged nut and Bill told me which size I needed. For less than £2 the problem was fixed. When you consider how many firms are criticised for ignoring customers when something goes wrong, it was most heartening to have such a great response from Bill. This is how you gain and keep customers. So, many thanks. Dave F”

“I ordered an Ultra sonic cleaner to add to my workshop equipment ro maintain my collection of two stroke bikes, specifically the carbouretters. Fortunately, or unfortunately depending on how you look at it, I live on the Isle of Man, fortunately it is a lovely place to live, unfortunate in that sometime getting stuff sent here can be a real pain and the bulky and slightly heavy Ultra sonic cleaner fell into this catagory. Ultra sonic cleaners went above and beyond sorting out the delivery so that it was a) as reasonably priced as possible b) as safe as possible and c) arrived it good time. Bearing mind this was the week before Christmas is arrived in time for me to have as a christmas present and delivery costs were quite reasonable compared to what some companies are prepared to charge. So, I have to say, I was very impressed with the service and am equally impressed with the product and will be purchasing more carb cleaner for pick up or easier delivery when I am next in the UK. Many thanks”
