“I bought a machine that had a heating fault and company director Bill was straight back on the phone to arrange for repair or send a new one. I'd already started work on a pair of carbs, nonetheless he allowed me to finish the work and as soon as I said I was ready he emailed me a next day collection shipping label. The new machine was delivered quickly band works excellently. Thanks for the reliable, professional service Best Ultrasonic!”

“Purchased initially to strip and clean a troublesome carburettor. Only just done this hence delay in writing review. The contrast in cleaning solution before/after proves cleaning effectiveness and, pleased to say, the engine started first time after reassembly.”

“We placed an order at this company a month ago, but we never received anything from them. We paid for the package right away, but they didn't even send us an email with the tracking number. Since then we have written emails to them through their website and even called them several times, but they have never replied to our emails, and got in touch with an employee of theirs once only. This person promised to get back to us with our tracking number, but never called us back.”

The customer is from Hungary (EU member state). The item has been returned "unpaid import duty" and "missing documentation". VAT is payable by European customers directly to delivery companies in the receiving country. UK Royal Mail tracking didn't work and we don't know if this actually got to Hungary. It's not how we like to work, and we are now reviewing other shipping options to Europe. The customer has been refunded.

“Tank is as I expected, no surprises there. It was supplied very quickly and helpfully with a drain fitting for a hose and some sample cleaning fluid for the tank. Thanks chaps, much appreciated and top service.”
