“Ordered on a Monday, had no confirmation of dispatch even after emailing for a full week, then the day after the customer service emailed saying it was too be dispatched the following day, I received a cancellation of the order citing no stock. Not sure this is a legit site. I did receive a refund though so that's a plus.”

“I am waiting from a reply of Joe Ozkanli regarding my order. I've never received the third item I've ordered. [MISSING ITEM, NO FOLLOW UP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE] I've been doing several follow ups. The phone number provided on the email and google is not working. You are pushing the client to get two items in order to get a free third items... and at the end, you don't get it and nobody replies to your emails... Really disappointed by the service. Please, i'm still expecting to receive my "Grey Jogger Pants Large" If I do, I would be happy to modify my review, but understand my concern, I did everything to get updates and I don't get any reply.”

“I initially loved the bedding - soft and great colour. However despite the cost, they have not lasted at all. Less than a year ( rotated with other bedding) and the sheet is unusable due to such bad pilling. ( covered in bobbles). Never happened to any other sheets we have. Customer service suggested it might be pets claws causing this. What a cheek since we don’t have pets! Or stretched too tightly - difficult to state this if you buy for the correct size of bed. I am really disappointed with the quality and durability of the product despite the cost. Much better quality found cheaper elsewhere. And really disappointing response from the customer service team.”

“In the website, colour of bedspread is dark green. However, the one I received looks much lighter / closer to olive green”

“Bedding is nice, but within 6 months stitches on one of the seams have failed and are now pulling apart. Contacted support and was told "all textile products get worn out after use" and to repair it at my own expense. I expect sheets to last more than 6 months without falling apart, and all other bedding I've owned has held up for years.”

“I received my item which isn’t the correct colour. After a while customer services responded to say it is the correct colour just the wrong label. The item isn’t the colour shown on the website and now no one has responded In nearly a week”

“The quality of the sheets were great. Sadly ours came slightly damaged and after enquiring about whether we could have a replacement, without the cover we have going into landfill, we were only offered a 15% discount off our next purchase rather than a refund or replacement. As much as we like the bedding, it is unlikely we will be shopping with you again. Thanks, Peter”

“Not fit for purpose!!! Absolutely dreadful customer service. This fabric disperses colour into blotchy and unsightly marks that don’t wash out. There is something very wrong with colour processing in these products or the use of cheap fabric. Also King size does not fit King Size bedding. Do not recommend at all!”

“I was told this would arrive on 30 November, it's now 3 December and the courier's tracking site says they haven't yet received my parcel. I'm unable to plan ahead for its arrival.”
