Our double layered fabric technique used in the majority of our party dresses, creates a fit similar to shapewear. “A bit too expensive, but I love seeing cotton in the fabric mix, the brown color is absolutely delicious. Love my new wrap top. It can be worn either way, with the opening on the back or front.”

“I am disappointed with the level of client service I have experienced. I placed two separate orders for a total of three dresses, with the second order placed just one day after the first. I reached out promptly to request that all three dresses be shipped together to avoid double shipping charges, but after a delayed response, I was informed this could not be accommodated. Later, when I needed to return the dresses, I again asked if I could send both orders back in a single parcel to reduce shipping costs. After waiting nearly a month for a reply, I was told that was also not possible and that I would be charged twice for the return. Additionally, your return policy states refunds are processed within 14 business days. It has now been 17 days since my return was received, and despite sending three follow-up emails, I have not received a response or resolution for one of the orders. While I must say that the dresses themselves are beautiful and of high quality, the sizing runs significantly smaller compared to North American measurements — a size Small would more accurately correspond to an AYM size Medium. This makes the shopping experience even more challenging, especially when combined with delays and lack of communication. I had heard very positive things about AYM and expected a higher standard of customer service—especially from a company where dresses are priced over $300 each. Unfortunately, this experience has been costly and frustrating, and it has greatly diminished my trust in the brand.”

Unfortunately, as your first order had already been packed and labelled, we weren’t able to combine the two shipments. Similarly, with international returns, customs regulations require individual invoices to be attached to each parcel, so we’re unable to merge returns once orders have been processed separately. “I am sure it was posted somewhere, but I didn’t realize AYM doesn’t accept returns from the U.S. This dress is pretty but it doesn’t fit well enough to wear it as it is too tight and not flattering. I was also expecting the fabric to be softer but that’s not a major issue. Hoping I lose some weight and can wear it at some point. :)”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric: soft, thick but elastic. I find the dress slightly short at the back. I would have liked the back to be a little longer. But the rest of the cut is beautiful, the finish is splendid. This will be my wedding dress in March 2026.”

“I’m always nervous ordering internationally that delivery might take many weeks and no visibility to updates during transit. However both of my purchases from AYM were excellent! Timely shipments, transparent updates throughout and timely arrival. Of course the products are top notch too. This is a brand I trust!”

“Got the dress and the wrap in the same color and I am in love! Everything fits like a glove and looks gorgeous. The dress fits well at the waist, despite me being taller than average (178cm / 5ft10). I recommend to follow the sizing guide on the website. 10/10”

“I love the look of a jumpsuit and heels, but I'm 5'10 and jumpsuits always fit me poorly. So I was so excited when AYM announced introducing a tall line and I am so glad that I went for it. The fabric is stretchy but heavy and drapes so well. The length and wide shape of the legs is perfect for that sweeping effect that almost feels like a skirt. My only complaint is the seam running up the centre feels slightly unflattering, but I suppose that's necessary to make it reversible. Stunning, gorgeous, amazing work and it's exactly what I wanted.”

“Believe the hype! I’ve honestly been struggling with my body for a couple of years: long covid and 40+ hormonal changes changed my figure. I bought this dress after deciding to accept my changing body and stop hiding under tent like clothes. I want everyone to feel how I felt putting this on! The quality is phenomenal (heavy, thick fabric), the cut perfection and I genuinely felt fantastic in it. If you’re in doubt I’d say try it. I will certainly be a returning customer.”

“Got this dress for a fall wedding later this month, and I love it!! The mahogany color is actually not only very fitting to autumn, but I think it's bright enough to wear to another wedding in the spring!! “The petite jumpsuit is really nice and good quality, double layered. I have a relatively short upper body but still find that the crouch and waistline sits a little high in the jumpsuit. Length is otherwise great (I am 163 cm). The size small is snug on me and a little difficult to get over the hips.”
