We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the customer support you received.
We do apologise for the name plaques having somewhat inconsistent fonts, some companies send them with italic font and some with just normal font. As mentioned previously, we understand this can be frustrating and we apologise for that. This has been noted and something we will work on fixing in the future.
We are also sorry that your order issue has still not been resolved, we are still waiting for the order of "Oliver Riedel" name plaques to arrive but as soon as they do rest assured we will send one out to you promptly.

“Arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, can't fault the service, a little disappointed with the quality, have a few of these mini guitars from different suppliers, but this particular order, the tuning keys were stuck on badly, not evenly spaced, some twisted, overall, wonky, it may just be a one off though”
“Excellent ordering and delivery service. The Noel Redding bass guitar is an attractive model, with the following comments in that the delivered model differs from the website pictures. Model: 1) the overall body toning is much darker, especially so on the front. 2) the background plate for the control knobs and jack socket is silver (not black; with black being correct on the real bass). 3) the scratch plate has far less patterning. The rendition of the website is far more attractive )and nearer to the real bass.)”

“I have ordered a few of these and upto my last order they have been superb. However the last one, an aged SRV Strat had a significant bubble on the body. It was a present so I didn't return it. As it was an "aged" finish I cracked the bubble and levelled it off and filled in the gap with modelling varnish and it looked OK. I did send an email to Axman regarding this but didn't get a response wh8ch was disappointing. It won't stop me getting more as when they get it right these are superb m9dels but be aware quality control could be improved.”
