Arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, can't fault the service, a little disappointed with the quality, have a few of these mini guitars from different suppliers, but this particular order, the tuning keys were stuck on badly, not evenly spaced, some twisted, overall, wonky, it may just be a one off though
