“I ordered two items of waterproof clothing. One item had what I considered to be a manufacturing fault. I returned the item explaining my concerns and was given a replacement garment within the week. Excellent service would definitely use these guys again.”

“Good price but delivered to wrong address from 5 years ago so had to travel there which was a pain. It now appears that I had an account under my email address with Angling Active which overrode the address I put in. A lesson learned and now changed.”

“The rod and tube paid for delivery found the zip on tube faulty struggled to open tube to check rod after a few attempts I found the zip was faulty I returned the rod and tube to the store in Stirring from Glasgow after a call to the store and bought the Vision Reel to go with rod from store and the guy credited the delivery charge off the bill for the new Vision tell”
