“Regrettably my package arrived damaged and most of the liquid had escaped. Probably down to the delivery company rather than Angling Active. Will be using Angling Active again.”

“i contacted the customer service about this rod, the guys in there are super helpful and informative about everything they sell, if one individual doesnt have much knowledge of a certain type of fishing, they will recommend another person that will showing you that they are passionate and dedicated to helping customers.”

“Product was, as ever, top quality. However, suggest you don't use Parcel Force as a shipper. Despite it being only a reel of Seuagar fluorocarbon and easily able to be posted through my letter box when I was away from home, the Post Office took it back to their depot. This involved a frustrating journey and a wasted morning to go and retrieve it.”

“Excellent service . However the description of the product was vaigue, ( XS, S, M & L ) could do with more information about the bore size of the tube, had to buy two lots to get the correct size. Overall great response.”

“They had the few bits I required, which was the main reason for ordering. The process was smooth and the delivery arrived in good time . Delivery charge was a bit steep though.”

“Speed of delivery excellent and in the process of dealing with a returned item due to manufacture damage returned on Friday so should receive over weekend or today so waiting update. Communication is generally excellent . Will use again”

“I had a great deal on a Reddington weight forward Fly Rod, 1 Scierra and 2 Greys Reels with a spare. I asked to have them lined with the 3 different buoyancies. But after using the same reel twice in 6 months the loop at the end of the line snapped off. I rang up and said what had happened, they were apologetic, and helpful asking for photos etc. But all because I was a few weeks over my warranty, they said that they couldn't repair it, but they can send the repair kit for me to do myself at the retail price. I wasn't too happy a bit of leniency would have been nice. But I bought the repair kit and hopefully what I've done will see me through more than 2 sessions.”

“The delivery of items was quick and i was kept informed of progress. The waterproof trousers I had ordered, unfortunately were too large and had to be returned, albeit the online description was reasonably accurate.”
