“Skip arrived in the afternoon and I had booked it for the morning. However I managed to fill it in under a week I let them know and they collected it a day early.”

“The most annoying thing is you don’t answer e mails they are just ignored . You have to phone, Staff are helpful when you get them to answer the phone but sometimes you can’t get a reply and are asked to leave a message which isn’t responded to either ! The driver who delivered the skip was very helpful”

“Hi, truthfully I was disappointed that my 7 days hire actually worked out to be 6.5 days. The skip was dropped off at 1pm and even though I asked for it to be collected a week later around 1pm he arrived at 9am. I had to rush around and get the final bits from the house into it in 30 mins. This then meant I had to do another run to the tip which was a chore I could have done without and the reason I hired a skip for 7 days in the first place.”

“we booked it for a week and it came late afternoon on the first day and not the morning as asked and on the 6th day they came to collect it so didn`t` really have it for 7 days.Competitive price.”

“A good service in terms of booking and the skip and its delivery. The driver was very good in how he reversed the lorry into a narrow opening in order to deliver the skip. But yesterday when you were due to collect the skip and you failed to turn up so I can't give you a high score for that failure.”

“Previously ordered and had skip hire which was very good, so used again, this time I ordered the same medium sized skip , but when it arrived much smaller than the last , and not big enough for purpose I rang company to discuss to be told older version with same cubic capacity, if so why can't I fit the same amount of rubbish in it Not happy as not cheap to hire skips and will now have to make several trips to the tip myself which defeats the object of skip hire”

“I ordered a skip for a am delivery I phoned at 1pm and it was delivered around 2pm however the driver was polite and the skip was removed on the date agreed, on the whole a good service but time keeping can be an issue, luckily I paid online so did not need to be at home when it was delivered.”
