“Simple to order and it was delivered & placed down perfectly. The skip remains on our property 3 days after being told it would be collected however, not that this is an issue but I imagine that for some it might. Accurate communication regarding collection would ease concern.”

“Great online service for ordering and quick responses by email when I needed to change delivery date. Can't be sure whether my early pick up from was received as no one came early and I cancelled the replacement skip I'd asked for via a voicemail the day before my initially scheduled collection. No ability to speak to someone without leaving a voicemail first that I could find.”

“My only negative is that when delivered, the man didn't state that a huge truck would come to collect which due to his placement of the skip, meant having to damage bushes, trees and paving slabs. This was disappointing as this will now cost money to replace. Otherwise the service was perfectly fine and enough access space was given for my disabled dad to pass down the side.”

“Would have given 5 stars but requested a morning delivery and didn't arrive until 2pm. On collection skip driver didn't put spreader blocks onto my newly laid drive and subsequently cracked two flags, for which I now have to replace.”

“Booking was super easy to do. They turned up when they said they would and picked up the skip when they said they would too. I had a question and tried calling and left a message but didn’t get a response; called again and managed to speak to someone in the end. We’ve used this company a few times now and they’re our ‘go to’ for skip hire: wouldn’t bother with the risk of anyone else as long as the price stays reasonable.”

“Delivery was timely, but I was advised that I could ring and organie a collection time, which I did and arranged for 9 a.m. Wednesday morning, but received a phone call at 7.50 advising driver was at our address ready to collect skip. Whilst this was manageable suggesting I could arrange a time and this was not met”

“Brilliant came and dropped skip off on the day we agreed and came to take it away on the day we said i dont like my skip waiting ages to be taken away it might be that i dont live far away from where they are but i would recommend them to other people i used to use the big yellow skip people but these are better and a bit cheaper as i have had to down size i need every penny.
