“they didnt come the day it was agree to pick up the skip,so both of my cars where outside and not in the drive way”

“The skip was asked to be placed in front of the garage, it was placed in the middle of the grass, which resulted in walking further from the garage to the skip. I wasn’t happy with the service. .”

“Really good delivery of the skip however upon collection of the skip the driveway was damaged my the skip collection lorry and now we need a new driveway. £3200 later and not happy”

“Booking via the website was fairly straightforward. The skip arrived on the day requested after I called at 4pm to check it was coming. The skip was totally fit for purpose and was placed correctly on our drive. However to extend my booking i needed to call the office, which i did at 8am. There was no answer and so I left a message with all my details requesting the extension of 1 week. This message was not passed onto the team / put into the system and so my skip was collected after 1 week, only 2/3 full. If I want to complete my garden dig project the remaining 1/3 of skip which I need for all the soil I have to pay for a new skip - £120 - instead of the £30 for the extra week. It is really disappointing that the voicemail service is so poor compared to the website. Why bother having a voicemail? Josh handled my complaint politely and professionally but you can see why I'm annoyed that the voicemail service is going to put me another £90 out of pocket.”

“I can only describe the skip that I hired as belonging in a skip itself. It was a great source of amusement to neighbours and passers by. Daylight could be seen along the bottom edge of both sides and one corner was almost non-existent. The top was bent and the whole thing ancient. I had concerns the skip would collapse with its contents in my drive at collection. Thankfully this didn’t happen. I have only given a second star as delivery and collection were prompt. Will not use Aireborogh again or recommend to others.”
