“Skip not turned up yet so not in a position to review. Perhaps issue these reviews when skip has been delivered or even when it has been returned.”

“You never got back to us about the Skip we hired for 1day.We thought it was for the week.not good communication.Probably should of checked the site.but we was rushed and it filled in so you say we didn't put a date to pick up.Not happy customer.”

“Two out of 3 skip wagons left hydraulic fluid on the driveway - one dripped it and the other was a constant leak, and the last skip left shards of rusted steel on the drive which had already stained the tarmac before it was collected. Email message with photos to the company generated nil response.”

“Terrible customer service. Paid for one weeks hire. Requested collection numerous times. Told they would collect or contact within two days. Skip is still here after a week, despite requesting collection by web form, email, phone (only get an answerphone, left messages) cannot get in touch with anyone and no replies to any communication. Took my money and delivered no problem however collection is proving challenging. It’s blocking access for neighbors property. I’ll go elsewhere next time.”

“Skip was delivered and wall knocked over. Driver and company took no responsibility for the damage caused by the skip wagon as no CCTV recordings. Whatever happened to honesty. Incident witnessed by a neighbour and driver knew he'd knocked the wall down. Very disappointed to say the least.”
