“The only disappointment was the arrival time on Day 1. When booking I asked for AM (preferred) but skip didn’t arrive until after 2pm, so I lost the best part of a day’s work clearing house and garage.”

“I would have given 5 stars except nobody got in touch to arrange delivery so we had no idea what time it was arriving. Other than that everything ran smoothly, delivered on the day we arranged and was collected 2 days later”

“All in all it’s was good, it was delivered on the specified date and placed on the preferred place on the drive. It was also collected early as requested even though it was bank holiday, they picked it up the Tuesday after bank holiday. It would be 5 star but I asked for morning delivery but didn’t come till after 5 in the afternoon”

“When I booked my first skip I put my early morning request on the form plus I spoke to someone, I was disappointed when it didn’t arrive until 2pm which Had my workmen sitting around for well over an hour and consequently ran into 2 days work. On the plus side collection of the first skip and delivery of the 2nd was very prompt.”

“The online system is ok but I have not had an email confirmation to advice that my booking has gone through. I have therefore had to ring to check the booking has been made so the email confirmation needs looking at. Other than that no issues with delivery and pick up”

“Great service from Aireborough Skip Hire. It's quick and easy to book online, the skip arrived when expected. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that my skip was not collected for four days after I had asked for it to be picked up. This was due to a backlog after the Easter weekend, which I totally understand, but I would have appreciated being updated by the company, rather than having to chase them up myself”

“No problem with the online payment, worked well and got a prompt receipt. Skip turned up and was pleased where we wanted. One slight cloud. We were told that they would like the skip returned ASAP, so we spent two days filling it. Phoned to ask for collection, but still took them a week to collect it. But would use them again, just ignore their pleas.”

“Very easy to order the skip online. Very professional, reliable and on time. I love the option of booking an early pick up of the skip. 4 starts only because the driver who picked up the skip was a bit rude and annoyed we covered the skip with a plastic sheet to protect from rain and wind. Anyway satisfied with the overall service.”
