“Well done Advanced Water Company!!!! Your customer service is exemplary. It's rare these days to find a company who's staff provides such a first-class service. From my initial enquiry to me placing my order, the technical staff were brilliant. They responded not only on the same day but within an hour or so and answered additional questions that arose following their response. Your competitors should be quacking in their boots.”

“As a plumbers merchant we rely on our suppliers to fulfil customer orders on time and in full so that we might also be able to provide the level service that is expected of us and Advanced Water are a shining example in all areas. The website is simple to use and easy to navigate and I find it essential in helping me identify and replace parts for my customers. Although when I'm unsure what I might need I can call with an enquiry and they're always happy to speak with me and eager to help; their technical knowledge is second to none! On top of that, all of our orders to date have been received on or before our required delivery day - allowing my customer to get their heating back on as soon as possible. Advanced Water set the standard for others to follow and I would recommend everyone give them a try.”
