“I told the driver to arrive at 5:30 am because I knew I would take a while to go through security and baggage reclaim as had a 6 month old. He decided I needed to pay an additional 10 pounds because he tracked me from my flight arrival, what's the point of putting an arrival time then. So poor and inconsiderate.”
