“Some stress as our first taxi broke down before the flight, but that happens sometimes, we got there in time with the replacement and communication was good. Return journey driver seemed rushed, he was taking risks on the road. On one occasion he pulled out of a junction with barely time to make it across oncoming traffic. We had our 3 year old in the car and we were travelling without the requested car seat so it caused us a lot of panic. I will not be using 1st Airport Taxis again”

“We pre-booked our taxi a few weeks before our trip. I was sent a confirmation email a few days before and asked if I could make a few changes - this was a seamless process and was no problem with the company. On the day I got a text with the registration and the drivers name & a phone call from the driver when he arrived. The car was spotless and clean, and the driver was really friendly. We had some chat and he was really nice. We felt safe and assured. The whole process was great.”
