“I got my documents exactly as requested. Communication was polite, professional and well intended, in my opinion the communication could have been increased a little, i.e. informing me on the exact day that my documents had been sent out, so I could calculate myself approximately when I would receive it! I felt like I was waiting without much idea. Thanks.”

“The Apostilles Group took care of my needs at time when I needed to get my documents attested at short notice. I had tried to take care of the process myself by getting my docs legalised by a local solicitor before sending them to the Foreign and Commonwealth as this would have been the lowest-cost option. But after waiting on local solicitors who didn't reply when I contacted the Group as a simple and quick way of getting through the process before I ran out of time. The result was quick and easy and the Apostilles Group really took most of the hassle out of what is obviously something of a minefield for anyone new to emmigration. My thanks to them.”

“ALL ORDERS BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2016 and JANUARY 2017 WERE SUBJECT TO DELAYS FROM THE FOREIGN & COMMONWEALTH OFFICE. PUTTING THAT TO ONE SIDE THE PEOPLE IN THE APOSTILLE OFFICE DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO BE HELPFUL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN:”

“The service was great. My only complaint was when I asked to appostile my passport. The organisation who needed my appostile passport would not except it because the passport copy wasn't clear it, it was fading and it was black and white. They preferred a clear color apostille. Next time I will for sure use this service but I will ask for a color copy apostilled passport. Customer service was great.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we really appreciate it. It is actually illegal to make a colour copy of a UK Passport in the UK but we will try and improve the resolution of any further requests for this service in order to offset any possible fading. Thanks again!

“I have no problem with the service I received from you. unfortunately the Spanish authorities would not accept the POA as a valid document they required a Spanish POA not an English one I had to appoint an Anglo Spanish Notary to prepare a valid POA, therefore Apostille you did was a waste of money but that was not your problem. It' all sorted now I had to have the Spanish POA Apostilled which cost me a further £175.00. Good service from you though. James Galloway”

“I was happy with service, just. On your website you say it's one day delivery service. I didn't receive it on next day. When I call you ( as I was worried) I was told that the person is on Holiday. This information should be known in advance by my opinion.”
