The service was great.
My only complaint was when I asked to appostile my passport. The organisation who needed my appostile passport would not except it because the passport copy wasn't clear it, it was fading and it was black and white. They preferred a clear color apostille.
Next time I will for sure use this service but I will ask for a color copy apostilled passport.
