“I tried sending money using Ping and could not. I spoke with a high level person who referred me to customer care. I received no response to my dilemna.”

“I have to sign in physically each time even though I have fingerprint recognising which is stupid.. Not happy at all hence I hardly use your service, I have complained about it several times and nothing is done.. Your lost!”
