“First of all I have to put my card details each time even though it has aa tick box to save the card, secondly I made a instant transaction whilst in the outlet, it then told me it has not gone through and should contact MoneyGram, also there is no customer service with the outlets to find out the problem..but it got resolved as the transaction takes a little time process to the outlets, I was concerned as the money had left my account..improve the app so I don't have to enter card details all the time and improve customer services.”
