“I dont have company but I want do this course to have my certificate because I want to a builder”

“This course was really hard to learn all the information in just one sitting. It could do with more information on the topics that are provided.”

“The course was too long and too patronisingly basic. Also, one of the test questions at the end was wrong. It asked which of these smoke does not cause - headaches asphyxiation or burns - and expected 'burns' as the answer, but the hot gasses in smoke can cause burns.”

“I did not find this training very engaging and found the questions asked at the end were more about statistics rather that checking understanding of driving expectations”

“The training and tips given are useful however of course the stress is on the fact that there is no guarantee of safety when carrying out manual handling tasks. The LITE test does not apply to my/our situation. As Saga / Titan drivers we are unable to avoid / refuse manual handling, and we are unable to request help as our clients are generally less able than ourselves. We are required to perform the given tasks (loading and unloading luggage, often up to 30kg per item) regardless of the load or environment e.g. wet / icy outdoor conditions, steep steps to and from house to vehicle etc.”

“The course took much longer than the 30 minutes advertised, due to having to wait for the videos to play through. I was able to read and understand the transcripts much more quickly and would have preferred to be able to progress through at my own pace. Perhaps there should be an option for transcript or video, so learners can choose their preference. At times more detail was provided than I felt was really necessary; a more succinct version would probably hold people's attention and interest more.”

“There was a part of the course that, I could not do anything .which I think I would of got more than 90%. It was the picture of hazards, I tried clicking on the picture where ALL the hazards were NO THING happened so I moved on. So obviously there is a flaw in part of your course that may need to be looked at ! Otherwise the course was explained well, easy to follow I would recommend others to take part in this course to build up their confidence in what to do if there was a fire in their work place.”

“Environmental awareness course v2 was very full of facts and figures, but not attributed to source of information. Where were facts that were quoted taken from. Was the material from a Peer reviewed source or information from a website. Only briefly mentioned increase and speed of increase in world's population but not whether this increase itself is sustainable. Overall, a slightly slanted view.”

“It wasn't great as I had to do it twice. The first time it didn't have all the content. The 2nd time it had different vids and a test. We should be allowed to forward through the vids as there are too many”

It sounds like you may have completed a trial on your first attempt rather than the full course. Some of our clients enable an additional feature on the system to prevent users from skipping the videos to ensure training is completed in full. “The most basic asbestos awareness course I have ever had, very vague, also the animation of what to do if you disturb an ACM accidentally is not logical or what I have previously learnt, you would seal off the room, not just put some cones around the ladder you were on”

“It was not clear at the outset or at the end of the assessment that one needed to complete 46/47 Test and the reminder sent to me which contained the url link to do so did not work! I had to log back into IHasco entirely to complete the training. Even on this page it does not indicate that you need to click on the stars and how many in order to give you this rating or my review.”

“Really boring, stupidly tedious , information is delivered ok but the advantage of subtitles would be better so you can read it, drags on too long for the information too”

“You cannot skip through anything faster, I read faster than the video and it's annoying that you have to press next on every single slide instead of reviewing a section all at once”

“Out dated course, I felt it was more common sense then gaining useful knowledge against cyber attacks. Cyber attacks are too advance for the material in the course.”

“This training course introduces a specific concept which feels very artificial and not reflecting the reality. It says nothing about being open minded and having positive attitude toward the working or other environment. Instead it develops on own terminology having only partial relation to the reality. Majority of the training including the final test is then related to this artificial construct. To me it doesn't serve the purpose of teaching anything useful. On top of that it is bit too long provided the amount of information given. Apart from the questionable content it is otherwise quite professionally done.”
