This training course introduces a specific concept which feels very artificial and not reflecting the reality. It says nothing about being open minded and having positive attitude toward the working or other environment. Instead it develops on own terminology having only partial relation to the reality. Majority of the training including the final test is then related to this artificial construct. To me it doesn't serve the purpose of teaching anything useful. On top of that it is bit too long provided the amount of information given. Apart from the questionable content it is otherwise quite professionally done.
